My Sonos has multiple speakers including Sonos boost, connect amp 2nd gen and several play1s and soundbar. All has worked solidly for several years but the whole system dropped out a few weeks ago and I don’t have the expertise to fix it despite several hours looking at my WiFi router an calling Sonos support. WiFi is ASUS rt-ac86u downstairs and rt-ac88u upstairs working as an aimesh node together. I think it something to do with the WiFi setup and router software but don’t know f this is true. We have a Virgin Media modem, and the WiFI is working. However, in the room at the opposite end of the house, the WiFi is not strong enough, so we have a TP-link range extender router. It worked fine up until Monday morning at which point there was an outage of Virgin Media, and we didn't have internet for about 24 hours.
