Marie was booked by me the day of my cleaning job. I had booked another tasker to compete the job but was let down the morning of the job, which sent me into a panic. Marie, responded quickly to my re-post, restocked her supplies en route and arrived promptly with great communication. She worked non-stop between 10.00 and 19.30 with no breaks. When I left the premises to walk my dog and get my own supplies, she kept in contact when needed and was still hard at it on my return. We worked simultaneously for the rest of the day, with Marie cleaning and me and a family member unpacking boxes and setting the house back up. I was on a time limit and she worked tirelessly to get the job done. She was positive throughout which I found very reassuring and by the time she went home in the evening, the house was spotlessly clean. She also rearranged her childcare arrangements to make sure she could stay and finish the job. Thank you for all your work today Marie, you saved the day : )

Maria doesn't understand English well or read messages so had hard time explaining. Misread 25th May to 25th June. Didn't bring mop or bucket to which she agreed to. She didn't know how to operate vacuum. Left the rug uncleaned and when I pointed out she blamed it on the vacuum (I bought a new Shark vacuum a week ago). She was keen to finish 2 hours of time rather that cleaning well. Left the shower with mould. Overall extremely dissatisfied.
