I have ADHD. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. Things are really bad right now and I need to move by February 2. There’s a lot to organize and pack in my room. The ways you could help me is by being in my room as a body double type of experience. We could chat as I got on with things and you could help me fold clothes and put them in suitcases. Pretty easy? Hi , I need a really deep clean of the shower / bathroom - it’s very limescaly and has orangey reside that I want gone and super clean. There also some dirt in between tiles.
