Replace the wooden fascia board in the rear as seen in the photo.the front flat roof also need sealing as some portion of felt has come off from the wall. Roof tile pointing is required as in photo. Some small portion of felt inside the loft is broken and it needs fixing. Mould in medium sized toilet ceiling and window frame. Mould in small box bedroom ceiling and one side of wall. And also very little mould in landing ceiling. All mould to be cleaned and repainted with mould resistant white paint. I will provide paint and mould cleaner. Please let me know your cost and availability. I need my kitchen painted white (walls and ceiling). I already have white paint for a base coat and kitchen paint (white) for a top coat. Also have satin wood for skirting boards and window sill.
