I'm looking for an experienced builder/handyman for the first phase of the work. Scope of Work Supply and install DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) over existing concrete floor. Install floor insulation boards. Fit structural plywood flooring ready for final floor finish. Run hot and cold water pipework to the future bathroom area (either chased into the wall or concealed beneath the insulated floor – happy to discuss the best option). Construct the bathroom stud wall framing according to the agreed layout. About the Project Side garage conversion in progress. Existing concrete floor and roof structure already in place. Easy access from both front and rear. Photos of the current condition are attached. Looking For Someone with experience in garage conversions or similar building work. Able to advise on the best method for pipe routing and floor build-up. Own tools required. Please provide a rough estimate or day rate, along with examples/photos of similar work if available

Many neighboring properties on our road have been successfully converted into 5-bedroom homes, and we are looking to do something similar by maximizing every single inch of our property. The house has massive potential and is highly suitable for multiple extensions: Sideways & Backwards: Ground floor extension to maximize the footprint. Loft Conversion: Going up into the attic to add bedrooms/bathrooms. Outbuilding Conversion: We have a large, existing garden shed that currently has electricity, sofas, and a fridge. We want to add plumbing and fully convert this into a self-contained living accommodation/annexe. What We Need: We are looking for a creative and experienced residential architect to visit the property, assess the space, and design a comprehensive plan to get the absolute most out of the house. I am ordering a Taurus Design Line Dual Pulley 90kg machine to be delivered to my house. I need to get it from the street to my garage and have it fully assembled against the wall. The wall itself has a thin pipe in the area where the machine will be installed, so we will need to add some spacers because it can't be exactly flush with the wall.
