Needs a general service (probably a clean), new heavy duty gas lift (I am 170kg), arm reattached (snapped bolt) and both arms tightened. I previously had it serviced and these exact issues reviewed by Berkshire Upholstery, but all issues quickly reoccurred (and honestly felt worse than when it started). I had the chair for ~10years previously without issue.
