Sweep and tidy around fire place and in corner of top flat bedroom, and take rubble down & rubbish down.

I have a brand new electric cooker that just needs wiring into the socket. Thinking around £50 if possible .

We need a range cooker connecting to the electrics (gas has already been connected). It needs its own power supply as no previous power socket there due to an AGA being there previously. The house fuse box is located in the next room for access. Thanks
