There’s a dark patch on top of our house outside if we can paint it and it’s on the side of the house

Please contact via message and not call. We have a small amount of damage on the ceiling after water came down from the flat above which is now dry. Would need a coat of stain blocker and white matt paint. We have a stepladder if required but you would need to bring all the essentials - i.e. paint brush, tray, protective sheets etc. Ideally if you have stain blocker and white paint for the area but can purchase if necessary. Small ceiling only 2mx3m. One image shows the area closeup and the next the entire ceiling.
