I'm hoping to find someone to paint one bedroom in my house (including all walls, ceiling, radiator, skirting boards and door). - The room is 4m x 3.5m and is on the 1st floor. - I'd like it painted matt white, with 2 coats (currently it is painted light beige). - I'd like you to supply all the paint, brushes and any other equipment required. - There is one bed and one empty wardrobe in the room that will need to be moved to the hallway outside the bedroom for the work (if you work alone, one of my tenants can help you to lift these). - I'd like the work completed on Monday 3rd November (or as soon as possible that week). - There is plenty of free parking available near the house. Hi, there was a seepage on the roof of our bathroom due to above floor. Now its dried and we just need to fill and paint it. Separately, due to mould, we need to replace the sealant in bath tub.

Please can someone sand down my stairs bannister, hand rails and cupboard, then paint them white carefully around the metal nobs and attachments. I want them to be a nice sleek white style with a smooth finish. Thank you

The painting of a small one bedroom flat. This will require the bedroom, a small hall, bathroom, and lounge/kitchen area. Ceilings as well. Woodwork not necessary. Newly plastered 4 bed property needs painting but needs the mist coat first. All ceilings and woodwork to be painted, Sand and fill were required using Easi fill, wood filler and Knot block as appropriate.
