Find an experienced apartment painter in West London

I’m looking for an experienced painter/decorator or sash window specialist to repair and repaint the exterior of my sash windows. The paint is peeling in several areas and will need to be properly prepared (scraped, sanded, primed where necessary) before repainting to ensure a long-lasting finish. Some windows are at height, so scaffolding or another safe access solution may be required. Please advise what you recommend and whether you can arrange this as part of the job. Please include: * Your experience with exterior sash window restoration/painting * Whether you can provide scaffolding or access equipment * Whether materials are included * An estimated timeframe for completion Happy to provide photos or arrange site visit to help with an accurate quote. Need help also with soffit and fascia outside the house and garage doors and windows painting.

Paint a piece of the wall in the kitchen that has been stained yellow, also silicon resealant needed in that part.

Floor paint on kitchen ceramic tiles - needs stripping off

Upstairs hallway and staircase walls needs painting (including skirting). Must bring own equipment, however paint is provided. Ceiling not required. No priming, sanding or plastering required.

Just one room to be colour drenched, so ceiling as well. Also may need some wallpaper taken down and a new on put up but a sticker one.

This is an urgently needed job as my mum has just come out of hospital and the mould has just been discovered when i visited. My parent's need the mould treated with something heavy duty and the walls cleaned. Please can you bring the mould treatment. I also have anti mould paint for use after. The worst of the mould is in the stairway leading to the loft room. It is quite high so a ladder will be needed. The other patches are on their bedroom ceiling and the corner of the living room. This is all due to poor ventilation from their bathroom.

Need these painted nicely by an experienced person. Happy to pay per square metre upon agreement
