Find an experienced apartment painter in West London

We recently sanded our wood floors and we need to make good the white painted beading around the edge of the living room and hallway and also line the alcoves with caulk where they meet the floor. It just a case of putting masking tape down along the edge of the room, painting the beading white and then applying two lines of caulk where the alcove units meet the floor.

I would like my bathroom (3m x 3m) and bedroom (5.5m x 4.5m) ceilings to be painted. All cracks and holes have been filled and sanded so it’s just a case of painting and I have the paint already. I would also like three ceiling pendant light fittings to be replaced with new ones - I have the fittings. A high level of experience is required for both the painting and the electrical work.
