Looking for a skilled worker to plaster a small damaged section of an interior wall and repaint the entire wall. Tasks: • Patch and smooth a small damaged area • Sand and prep the wall surface. • Apply primer (if needed) and two coats of paint. • Ensure clean, even finish and tidy cleanup.. • Must bring own tools and materials

Sanding, filling and painting of the exteriors of 7 wooden sash windows. Some repair work also required to some windows where wood is starting to rot so needs cutting out and replacing.

Garden Shed Woodwork: • Remove all flaking paint by sanding • Fill where necessary • Apply undercoat • Finish with 2 coats of white gloss paint 6. Rear Rendering: • Touch up and apply exterior emulsion in the existing colour

Exterior front and back walls to be painted as the old paint is bit dated .

The skirting boards need to be painted and silicone in the gaps between the skirting boards and vinyl.

The front of the house is bottom half brick and top half painted cream/magnolia. The painted half is peeling and flaking and needs to be possibly rendered and painted or just repainted. Not sure on typical cost so this is negotiable.

The painting of a small one bedroom flat. This will require the bedroom, a small hall, bathroom, and lounge/kitchen area. Ceilings as well. Woodwork not necessary. I’ve included pictures of the flat to give you an idea and there’s also a plan (unfortunately there are not measurements). The entire flat is approximately 500 ft.².

Newly plastered 4 bed property needs painting but needs the mist coat first. All ceilings and woodwork to be painted, Sand and fill were required using Easi fill, wood filler and Knot block as appropriate.
