The flat needs to be painted in standard WHITE (Matt finish) across walls, skirtings, doors, windows and radiators. In addition, walls need wall panelling using low-cost DIY mouldings/polymers to be placed (see image) Please quote with material, and while many decorators have their own material most things would be available easily at the nearest DIY store, or Wickes, B&Q, Screwfix, B&M etc. One more task is to fix a new vinyl sheet floor quick and easy on the bathroom The job needs to be done by this weekend ideally, there are tenants in situ who will give access.

Wall has been filled and painted over however the filled spots are still somewhat visible. Looking for a painter who can sand the wall and then repaint.

One of the rooms in our house needs to be repainted. The room requires plastering of at least 2 coats and sanding for the visible cracks as they’re quite deep and then a primer and 2 coats of paint.
