I need help with a scratched internal door and a stained wall before moving out. Please inspect both in person first, particularly the wall, to assess whether the stains can be cleaned off or whether stain treatment and repainting are needed. The door has scratches and chipped paint that need assessment for repair and repainting. Photos attached. Please advise on the work required and provide a quote, including materials, before starting. Please free to discuss with me for more details and pricing

Painter/Decorator Needed – Several Rental Properties (Barnes area) We manage several rental properties in the Barnes area and are looking for a reliable painter/decorator for a few jobs: - Exterior balcony woodwork: strip, sand, fill and repaint with a weather-resistant exterior finish - Making good after a leak: repair and repaint the affected ceiling areas - Kitchen area: repaint There may also be a few smaller jobs to follow. Please bring your own tools and equipment. We want good value, but the finish has to be high quality. If anything isn’t done properly, you’ll need to come back and put it right.
