I have a diverter kit, and a waterbutt with necessary holes/pipe fitted. Just need it locating on a stack of bricks and the downpipe cutting accurately for the diverter kit to be fitted.

Ensuring the soil stack meets all current building regulations. Making new, correct connections for the existing foul water pipes. Making new, correct connections for the existing rainwater/surface water pipes.

Down pipe has become separated from joint to guttering, needs a new bracket fitting.

Downpipe has broken on side of house

I need someone to fix a loose joint in a downpipe toward the back of my house. There is a joint in the downpipe and that joint has gone loose causing water to leak and run off when it rains. It would either need replacing or fixing.

Guttering down pipe needs popping back in and a bracket added to fix to the wall (ladder required)

Repair or replace a section of metal downpipe that is cracked and leaking when there has been rain. The downpipe is at ground floor level.

Leaking joint on external PVC down pipe above 1st floor. I have Gorilla wet tape but ideally you will provide additional sealant. You will need to provide your own ladder, tall enough to access the joint which is above the first floor window (see photo) The pipe is on the front of the house.
