Require a rain down pipe installing on front of terraced property (first floor) to connect existing ooge and round. Rainwater to be routed via black pipework and out to street through existing wall. Felt eave support trays to be fitted to existing tile line on front elevation (first floor). Felt eave support trays will be supplied.

The pipe is leaking from our shower to our neighbours garden outside downstairs flat. The shower and sink are also backing up in our flat so there could be a drainage problem. It’s not the toilet however.

I have a leaking external downpipe at the junction where our toilet joins. It's leaking not very pleasant stuff as a result. I tried gorilla taping it as a temporary measure but it hasn't worked.

Looking for an experienced bricklayer/general builder to carry out repairs to the rear external wall of a property. Please see photos. Work required: * Remove all branches/vegetation growing against or into the brickwork, including growth at high level. * Remove/treat roots and remaining growth appropriately to prevent regrowth without damaging the wall. * Inspect brickwork once vegetation has been removed. * Replace damaged/loose bricks where necessary and make good deteriorated areas. * Fill and properly weatherproof all redundant holes/openings in the brickwork so no holes are left exposed. * Repoint/make good mortar where required. * Repair, reconnect and securely fix the external downpipes where required. * Make good brickwork/mortar around pipe penetrations and previous fixings. * Remove all resulting waste and leave the area tidy. Access: Some work is at upper-floor/roof level. Full scaffolding across the entire rear elevation should not be necessary, but a suitable scaffold tower/access scaffold structure will be required to safely reach the affected areas. Contractor should be suitably equipped/experienced for working at this height. Please confirm whether your quote includes labour, materials, access/scaffolding, root/vegetation treatment and waste removal. Happy for the successful contractor to inspect the wall before the exact repair requirements are agreed.

To reconnect the existing downpipe back into the gutter spigot znd replace broken plastic pipe clamp. On rear side corner of property. Excellent clear access.

downpipes at the back of the house need replacing, possibly the side of the house as well. Job need to be done on Mondays or Fridays or after 1.30pm Tues / Wed / Thursday

Change downpipe, remove and replace condensate pipe (boiler has now been moved to downstairs). Where the previous flue was there is now a hole going through the property. Need this to be correctly sealed (ideally matched so brick on both sides and something for the cavity?).

40mm cast iron down pipe need cutting. It's in a slightly awkward corner so probably needs a proper soil pipe chain snapper. Plastic pipe to replace it which I have)

Got a water butt but need it assembled and attached to downpipe. Have installation instructions

I just need two new downpipes fitted at the rear as I’m preparing to sell and just want a tidy up

Damaged downpipe needs footer replacing as badly damaged and embedded in concrete. See attached images.

Replace Hopper and downpipe

Fix the downpipe which connects to my gutter. Displaced during high winds, likely needs a sealant to stick

We have completed work on this property, but couldn't access to fix the downpipe because the scaffolding was in the way. I just need someone to go with a good pair of ladders to secure the head chute back in the guttering because it's come out and make sure the downpipe is fixed or replaced.

The downpipe was blocked - I unblocked it but knocked off the top of the swan-neck. I don't have a ladder and can't get it in place while hanging out of the window.. Just needs reconnecting.
