When I turn tap off it goes all the way round. This means I cannot tighten it properly and it's leaking constantly

Replace a single bowl sink to double from 85cm to 100cm length so MDF top needs cutting slightly. Tap also needs to be replaced and need someone to sort the pipe work underneath to accommodate.

Sage espresso coffee machine .water won't pass through the group head, the steam wand or the hot water outlet. The machine makes noises as if the water is trying to pass but either little or no water will.

I have 2 tasks: 1. A bathroom tap that had shower extension is broken with the plug stuck inside. Need someone to remove stuck plug and replace extension with new plug. Picture attached 2. My unsuite shower leaks and need someone to investigate and reseal probably.

We have a toilet that won’t flush. Very occasionally we can get it to flush.

Need a plumber to check and fix a bathroom leakage

We have bought a tap (shown in first photo) to replace our current tap. We can not locate the valve to turn off the cold water tap in order to install it- would like a qualified plumber to install the tap safely. We are located on the 1st floor of a flat. Please see photos showing our piping and setup. We need someone to do the job between 9am-1pm any day as we need to go work at 1pm. Thank you.

When the machine is turned on, no water comes from steam wand or hot water section. Water only released through group head, even after cleaning and descaling. Group head steams and leaks when machine is initially turn on too.

The toilet tank floater does not work so the water is constantly drippping. It needs to be changed. The same with the tap 🚰 from the kitchen sink. The hot water i constantly dripping. It needs replacement.
