Find an experienced local plumber in Three Rivers District

I am looking for a fully licensed and insured plumber to install a multi-stage water filtration and purification setup in my apartment (HA6 area). I have already purchased all three specific filter units. Task 1: Main Line Installation (Whole House) - Install a TOPWAY 40-micron spin-down sediment pre-filter and a Scale Klenze iXA BB10 non-salt water softener unit inline. - Connection sequence: Main incoming water line -> TOPWAY spin-down filter FIRST -> Scale Klenze softener SECOND. - System Type: Both are non-salt systems. They do NOT require electrical power or a permanent waste drain line. - Clearance Note: The TOPWAY filter must be installed perfectly vertically with enough physical clearance underneath to operate its manual bottom flush valve. Task 2: Under-Sink Installation (Drinking Water) - Install an Aqua Perfecta UVC-LED Ultra Violet Water Steriliser under the kitchen sink. - Plumb it inline, directly AFTER my existing WDRF15 sediment/carbon block filter feeding the drinking water tap. - Correct Flow Setup: The water line must enter the "IN" port of the brass flow sensor component first, pass through the UVC-LED chamber, and exit to the tap. - Power: A standard mains electrical outlet is available directly under the sink for the power adapter. - Mounting: Securely clip/mount the stainless steel LED chamber to the cabinet interior. Crucial Baxi Combi Boiler Requirements: - The property runs on a Baxi combi boiler. Please ensure that the central heating system filling loop remains fed by unsoftened mains water (upstream of the Scale Klenze system) in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. - Please install a 3-valve bypass loop on the main system to allow for safe filter cartridge changes in the future. Plumber Requirements: - Must be a fully licensed plumber with proof of UK trade qualifications. - Must hold active public liability insurance.

I need someone to fix a leak in my bath tap. The tap has a slow leak from the faucet that keeps dripping.

My shower tray leaks. Its mostlikely the sealant and the metal panel el which has separated from the shower door. I've tested it by putting the shower head on the floor and turning on the water to see if it could be the pipes underneath the shower tray that may be leaking and it isn't. It's leaking from the sealant around the edgers. I need someone to remove the old sealant and put a new one in while also reattaching the metal panel back, either replacing it or reattaching it back into the slot.

Boiler gauge looks alright but it is not dispensing hot water

My newly fixed shower mixer got few small leaks from the joints connected to the two water inlets.

Leaking under sink - cold water inlet pipe directly under sink & accessible. Waste water outlet (pvc) also leaking. Toilet either bottom of cistern or immediate top of pipe joining it is leaking
