I would like the bathroom ceiling and one wall painted with anti mould white paint. The room is approximately 12 by 15 feet.

A small hall needs the walls painted, there is some flaking of the old paint but isn’t because of internal damp. Painting ceiling of small bathroom, again some flaking of old paint.

Paint tiled wallsnin bathroom there are 3 walls but 2 of the walls are really small. The ceilings are quite high.

Our house has sliding doors. In the pockets where the doors go, there are noticeable gaps in the flooring. I would like someone to fill those gaps. I think it will require some careful thinking as to how to fill the gaps given the thin space. I don’t want expandable foam because mice eat through that. Thanks so much

Applying a damp seal to ensure the area is protected and moisture-resistant. 3. Patching the holes and ensuring a smooth finish. 4. Painting the walls with provided paint to match the existing colour. The 2 damaged sections of the walls are approximately 1m x O.5m. Looking for someone to do wall papers for two bedrooms

We have a number a rooms that need finishing to finalise a renovation. Most rooms are already pre-painted and prepped (see pictures) so would only require single coat of emulsion to finish. There is more painting / decorating in the house if interested. Looking for a day rate rather than quote ideally given some rooms will be quick and others are touch ups. 4 bedrooms total. Landing, stairs, and windows available if the person is interested.

Spare bedroom to be painted - there is currently a dark colour on walls so will need undercoat of white and then painted (to include ceiling)

New loft bedroom has fresh skirting boards that need caulking and painting. Also have a velux window above stairs that needs final coat of paint (ladder needed) Already primed and pinholes filled. All that is needed is light sanding, caulk round the top and a bit of filler in the corners and then paint (Farrow and ball eggshell) 2x Door architraves also. No carpets = less prep!

I have hired an HSS drum sander and edging sander - I’ve sanded one room but need to work next week so need someone else to sand the remaining 2 bedrooms and hallway. The third bedroom I’ve sanded probably needs another sand around the edges to finish off. Sanding discs/paper supplied. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 18 October 2023
