We have a skylight that is roughly 3.5m to 4m above our living room which needs cleaning and the surrounding walls re-painted. We will supply the paint but unfortunately we don’t have any ladders.

Work required: • Degrease walls and tiles around the sink area • Treat any mould or staining • Rinse, dry and prepare surfaces properly • Apply Zinsser BIN (or similar) stain-blocking primer • Repaint with hygiene-grade, mould-resistant kitchen paint • Ensure the finish is washable and suitable for a food environment

Made noticeable marks on wall. Wanted to repaint to cover up with landlords permission. He gave me exact paint brand/colour to buy. Bought and touched up marks. Colour came out super dark and don’t know why. Very confused. Just wanted marks covered. Aware that touch up won’t match wall completely but there are many touch ups on same wall. All look similar colour to wall. Did I something wrong?

Hi, there was a seepage on the roof of our bathroom due to above floor. Now its dried and we just need to fill and paint it. Separately, due to mould, we need to replace the sealant in bath tub.
