Hello, . I’m looking for someone to help me declutter and organise my home in Belvedere. I have two bedrooms and a living room that need decluttering and organising. My kitchen and bathroom have already been done, so I won’t need help with those areas. The main job will be sorting through and organising the rooms, particularly my children’s room, where I have quite a lot of unwanted clothes and items that need sorting and bagging up for donation or disposal. I would ideally like someone who is comfortable working independently rather than needing me to be involved in every decision. However, anything important, valuable, sentimental, paperwork, or anything you are unsure about should be put aside for me to check rather than being thrown away. Could you please let me know if this is something you can help with, your hourly or daily rate, and your availability? I would also like an idea of how many hours or days you think the job may take. I’m a solo working mum who has finally admitted I need some help getting my house properly organised! The house isn’t dirty (I already have a cleaner) but I’m constantly a step behind with the organising side of life. Things accumulate, cupboards become dumping grounds and I never seem to have the time to properly sort everything and create systems that actually work. I’m looking for someone practical, proactive, non-judgemental and ideally someone who genuinely enjoys organising — the sort of person who sees a chaotic cupboard and thinks “I could sort that!” I work from home, so I’ll be around and can easily answer questions or decide what to keep, donate or get rid of. There’s quite a lot to do: • Two understairs cupboards – completely empty, declutter and reorganise • Airing cupboard – sort and make easy to access • Spare room – cupboards mainly full of toys, games and belongings. I’d love a practical system for storing and rotating toys so it’s easy to change what she has out • Various bags/bits of household clutter that need sorting and finding proper homes I’d like to start with 4–5 hours and, if we get on well, ideally find someone who can come back roughly once a month for a few hours to keep things on track -folding/putting away laundry, toy organisation, cupboards, clutter and general household reset. Daytime while my girl is at school would be ideal, although I can be flexible for the right person. I’m particularly interested in someone with excellent reviews and experience organising family homes and children’s things. I’m also part of a large network of solo mums locally, so there could potentially be recommendations for further work if we get on well.
