Tear in roof of awning after heavy rain pooled in roof and ripped the material at the front centre awning pole,tear is about 10 inches and has pulled the stiching away from the reinforcing where it goes over the veranda centre spike. I am reluctant to take down the awning and would hope to find someone to come on site to repair.

Treadmill cut out while in use. The first time I tightened the belt and it was OK. This time that didn't work, the belt slipped to the left but I managed to almost get it back central, but when I put any weight on it, it slows right down and is really struggling. At this point I stop. It is a Branx make.
