Property Maintenance Operative Required – Plymouth Area We are a property maintenance company looking for a reliable contractor/handyman to assist with ongoing residential property works in and around Plymouth. Typical works include: • End of tenancy repairs • Decorating and touch-ups • Minor plumbing repairs • Basic electrical works (where qualified) • Silicone sealing and mastic work • Door, lock and handle repairs • Flooring repairs and replacements • General snagging and maintenance • Cleaning and property refresh works • Garden tidy-ups and external maintenance Most work is within occupied residential properties, rental properties and void properties between tenancies. We have a former office that had a damp problem in the corner. The problem has been fixed, but paper is pealing off the wall in that corner. The office is empty and I don't want to pay to have the whole wall plastered and papered again. I would just like two large pieces of MDF or chipboard screwing to the wall at 90 degrees in the corner. Then painting over a matching colour to the wall. This is just to make the room look acceptable. See image attached. This is probably a half day job, including acquiring and transporting materials.
