Install 2 ceiling fans in rooms

Current ceiling fan has been making a noise for some weeks, now it struggles to start at all - I believe the motor is failing. Please see photos of the current fan. I am about to order a more expensive replacement. I would like to you to install it please? It needs careful handling as the ceiling has a panel cut into it for the fitting, so this would need to be reopened and then resealed and made good.

There’s enough room on the board for them to be run on their own Circuit which should simplify matters. The only thing I’m unsure of it if they are able to run via dim switch or remote control only. If possible could you quote considering that they are and will provide a dimmable light and variable speed fan switch? With the switch ideally having a Dimmer and Rocker ideally on the same fitting. For example this for the living room On/Off Light and Dimmer and Rocker switch of fan speed of Living / Dining room for example. I’m not entirely sure if this is possible as there seems no documents online with the fixture we intend to buy. Ceilings are 4.2m tall, plasterboard (I think with steel studs and joists). We have suspended cable tray with electric to wire into.

I'm 95% certain there's a joist at the existing light fitting to hang it from. Looking for somebody who has a fair amount of experience with ceiling fans as the reviews say it can be a bit tricky to get all the wiring into the ceiling rose. There's a picture of the fan in question and the space that we need it installed into. There are magnets on the ceilings showing crossbeams and then there seems to be another one going those through the fitting according to my studfinder. I live in a first floor flat and the ceiling height is 3.5m (11ft 6ins). The existing fitting is a standard lighting rose on a plasterboard ceiling. Aside from the flat above I've no idea what is on the other side of the plasterboard and what additional fittings may be required to adequately secure the fan. Please quote accordingly.
