I need a new external door opening created in the brick wall of my garden outbuilding/garage, as shown in the attached photos. I would like a standard-sized external door installed, including: * Carefully creating the new opening in the existing brick wall * Providing and installing a suitable lintel * Properly supporting the wall/roof while the opening is being made * Making good the brickwork around the opening * Supplying and fitting the door frame and external door * Making the opening and door weatherproof * Fitting the door, hinges, lock/handle and finishing the job neatly * Removing any building waste Please inspect the wall and confirm the correct lintel/support arrangement before starting. I have attached a photo of the wall. I can provide additional measurements/photos if required. Looking for someone experienced with brickwork, structural openings and external door installation.

Curtain track installation, I have bought the tracks and curtains from Ikea, and I just need them installed on the wall as I do not have a ladder and the tools required

I would also expect a tidy standard of work and for the area to be cleaned up properly once the job is completed. Hi, I’ve got a timber garden shed in my back garden in Luton that I want to turn into a proper usable workspace. I want to hear your recommendations. I want this converted into warm, dry, well-lit shed we can use comfortably year round. About 6 metres long, 2.5 metres wide, apex roof. Timber frame walls already built inside. Windows down one side. Wooden floor. One existing electrical socket already installed. What I’m looking to get done: The shed needs insulating throughout — walls, roof and floor. Once insulated it needs lining so it looks clean and finished inside. All gaps and draughts need sorting properly. The electrics need upgrading — I want more sockets, lighting, so I’m not relying on an extension lead. I want it done safely and correctly. Please tell me what you’d recommend for insulation — type, thickness, brand. Tell me what you’d use to line the walls and ceiling. Tell me what you’d do with the floor.
