Good morning! I wonder if you can help me please. my 86 year old mother-in-law has advanced Parkinson's Disease and uses many mobility aids. She cannot walk and relies on hoists and her electric wheelchair. In January 2019, she bought two Berkshire Bespoke mobility recliner chairs from the Mobility Furniture Company. The warranty has since run out. Unfortunately, the chair she uses can no longer recline, and she is therefore finding her sitting position very uncomfortable. We think that over time, with carers using the hoist etc. for her to get on/off the chair, it's been pushed against the large bookcase behind the chair thus damaging the mechanism. I hope you may be in a position to have a look and perhaps be able to repair the chair? I am very happy to send over some photo's to give you more details on the chair, and the particular issue.
