I’m sorry this isn’t very specific....I have no idea what’s wrong! It’s a riser/recliner armchair. It was working fine....now it isn’t. Nothing has happened that might explain why it’s stopped working. I’ve tried a different plug socket and I tried changing the fuse. I’m curious as to what it’d cost to have it checked over. The front/back tilt lever on my adjustable office chair no longer seems to do anything and as such the backrest is stuck at a very forward tilting angle! I would appreciate it if someone could repair this as the up/down mechanism is still fine, as are the adjustable arms. For reference I have the "Sara High-Back Operator Chair" Thank you
