I'm looking for someone with experience to install the laminate floorboards in my living room ( I have the flooring) Room size = 11.5m2 The room has already been prepped - I have taken off the skirting boards, prepped the floor with plywood and put down the underlay. I have a multitool and mitre cutter which can be used if tools are required. Scope of works to complete: - Install laminate flooring throughout the room - Leave the appropriate expansion gap around the perimeter - Use a multi tool to cut under the door architrave so the laminate floorboard slips neatly under this - Make neat cuts around the door frame, radiator pipes and any other obstacles - Ensure a clean, professional finish - Leave the room clean and tidy (I can dispose of the rubbish)

Lay Lino floor tiles in small hall entrance passage (not including stairs). Tiles are adhesive-backed but additional floor tile adhesive will need to be used. This will be provided.

I’m looking for assistance with lifting and relaying sections of my upstairs laminate flooring to allow for an EV charger installation. I have some laminate flooring that has been mistakenly cut incorrectly in one section, and as a result doesn't quite fit around the toilet basin in the room - but we also have some off-cuts and I *believe* it should be possible to lay down the flooring in two parts (most likely with with some adhesive to secure it). One part of the bath panel has also been fitted on a wonk as well and could do with being fixed, or otherwise made good. The last thing we would need is some sealant to be set down where the flooring meets the bath/shower to protect leakage.

I’m looking for a handyman to complete a few small flooring finishing jobs. • Replace the metal threshold strip between the hallway laminate and the entrance area. • Replace one section of edge trim/scotia along the living room wall where the laminate meets the skirting board. • Remove the existing entrance matting and install new coir matting in the recessed doorway area. The flooring itself is already installed — this job is mainly removing the old pieces and fitting the new trims/matting neatly so the edges are finished properly.
