Moving into a flat where the carpets have been ripped up. I have scrubbed the bare floors as best as I can, and tried to remove any old residue. I do not have the means to hire a professional carpet fitter, so looking for someone to help me DIY the job. Happy to pay a reasonable rate, there are 4 rooms (living, dining, and 2 bedrooms) and a hallway that require carpet fitting, but I will attempt to do the main rooms myself.
