I purchased a pet fence kit that comes with brackets and mesh fencing (30 meters in length). My plan was to install it myself before I realized that a large part of the fence belongs to my neighbor and I can only drill into the solid cement pillars that prop the fence up on my side. Two sides of the fence (see the attached floor plan) are mine, but one is made of breeze blocks and is relatively low. My housemate and I need someone to build a cat ladder so that our cat can climb from our first floor terrace/balcony down to the neighbouring fence below.
