Hi! We’re looking for a small team of highly organised helpers with a car to assist with collecting items and rapidly setting up our small wedding reception. An eye for detail is essential. This task is very time-sensitive due to venue access restrictions. Our venue is not allowing access before 6pm and our guests are due to arrive at 6.30/6.45. Because of this we are looking for a small team of organised people who can assist in setting up the room in a tight turnaround. 1. Collect items from us the day prior: table styling items, signage, photos, guestbook etc. (All will be boxed and clearly labelled with assisting guidelines and instructions.) 2. Transport to venue on Saturday 23rd for prompt 6pm venue access. 3. Rapid setup between 6-6.30pm: add decor items to tablescape, set up welcome table, set up guestbook table, style the cake table, quick tidy and check to ensure space is ready for guest arrival. Things to note: - The venue space is fairly small, we have only 60 guests and it’s a contained indoor space. - No heavy items or furniture. The cake will already be at the venue. - The venue has staff who will set up the dining area. We need this role to add the extra touches, such as table lamps, menus, placecards, bud vases. - Everything will be pre-determined and you will be setting up areas to match instructions & photographs. - Event / wedding / hospitality experience is a strong advantage. - We are looking for somebody who already has an assembled team of people to take this on. 📍 Pickup: Surbiton KT5

Hi. I'm looking for someone to help with clearing up after a big family meal (18 people). Every year, my family get together to cook a Christmas dinner and everyone helps out with the prep, cooking and serving. Every year, we say how great it would be if we didn't then have to spend time clearing it all up again so this year we thought that maybe we could hire someone in take on the bulk of the job. I, particularly, would like to relax and play boardgames with my kids, neices and nephews instead! We plan to eat at 3pm so we'd like you to come from 4pm until 7pm. There is a dishwasher and cleaning supplies are provided. Some of the pots and pans are too big for the dishwasher so will need to be hand washed. The leftover food would need to be boxed up and the kitchen would need to be wiped down and everything put away. We're a friendly bunch and we'd really appreciate your help.
