Need a friendly and reliable event assistant for a children's birthday party at a private house in SW5. Tasks include moving drinks, food and party items from the flat into the garden before guests arrive; helping set up the drinks/food area; serving drinks and basic cocktails; keeping the garden tidy during the party; clearing bottles, plates and rubbish; helping with cake/food service; and general pack-down at the end. No childcare or cooking required. Mainly looking for someone proactive who is happy to be an extra pair of hands throughout the event.

I need a birthday party balloon decorator for my kids. With a background and balloons for Boss Baby Girl theme and Avengers as I m celebrating birthday for both Boy and Girl.

On Saturday we only need them to serve drinks to about 30 people . And Sunday 20 people . Saturday is 12-7 but then can finish at 5 and then Sunday 12-6.30

Looking for a party helper for a birthday picnic in a London park for around 40 guests. Core responsibilities include setting up tables and the picnic area on arrival, hanging balloons and decorations, serving drinks throughout the event, carrying and laying out food, and slicing and serving the birthday cake at the right moment. The helper would also act as a general runner during the party (fetching supplies, ice, running errands) and handle cleanup and breakdown at the end, including packing away decorations, tables, and rubbish. Picnic location will be 20-30 min walking distance away from my apartment and I have a trolley.

BBQ Event Helper (Approx. 5 Hours) 5pm. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable person to help during my family BBQ. The role is mainly to keep everything tidy while guests enjoy themselves. Tasks include: Collecting used paper plates, cups and napkins throughout the event. Emptying rubbish into bin bags and tying them securely before placing them in the garage. Keeping food and serving areas generally tidy. Checking the downstairs toilet periodically to ensure it is clean, stocked with toilet paper and hand soap, and wiping surfaces if needed. Helping with a final tidy-up at the end of the BBQ so the garden and downstairs are left clean and presentable. No cooking or serving is required—this is purely a light housekeeping and tidying role to help the event run smoothly.

We are a local family hosting our son's birthday party at the park nearby on Sunday, 26 July, and we need a reliable pair of hands to help us with the physical logistics.
