I'm hosting a birthday lunch at my home in E14 7JY and need someone to set up decorations at my home. All decorations are provided, so you just need to put them up. There is an electric pump for inflating the balloons. There's a balloon garland arch, and arch stand, butterfly and floral décor, a banner. The theme is "Bloom & Butterflies" (bright colours, florals). Please use removable hooks/putty only on walls, I have some tapes that are a part of the amazon decorations. Party setup experience preferred, so please share photos of past work if you have them. The entire task shouldn't take more than an hour.

I’m looking for someone experienced with balloons and party decorations to help set up a simple baby arrival/baby shower decoration at my home in London. I already have everything needed, including: * Pink balloons * Large pink bows * Balloon pump/gas cylinder * All other decoration materials I just need someone who is creative, good with balloons and has an eye for presentation to inflate the balloons, create simple balloon arrangements/garlands and put up the bows and other decorations neatly. This is a fairly simple setup. No shopping or decoration supplies are required from you. I will provide photos/inspiration of how I would like it to look. Ideally looking for someone who has done balloon/party setups before and can spend around 2-3 hours helping on the day.

It’ll be clean up after the wedding. So removing decor and tables for the van to pick up. 9:30 pm - 12 am There’s 13 tables in total 90 wine glasses and 80 flutes. All to be put in boxes ready for can pick up. Decor on the tables to be put in boxes also. Chair covers put in a box and staked into room. There’s a hoover and mop. Afterwards it would be sweeping, hoovering & mopping up.

Need a friendly and reliable event assistant for a children's birthday party at a private house in SW5. Tasks include moving drinks, food and party items from the flat into the garden before guests arrive; helping set up the drinks/food area; serving drinks and basic cocktails; keeping the garden tidy during the party; clearing bottles, plates and rubbish; helping with cake/food service; and general pack-down at the end. Hi urgently looking for someone that serve drinks at our mini event on Saturday and Sunday and then help us clean a bit on Sunday after the event is done. Not major cleaning . On Saturday we only need them to serve drinks to about 30 people . And Sunday 20 people . Saturday is 12-7 but then can finish at 5 and then Sunday 12-6.30

Looking for a party helper for a birthday picnic in a London park for around 40 guests. Core responsibilities include setting up tables and the picnic area on arrival, hanging balloons and decorations, serving drinks throughout the event, carrying and laying out food, and slicing and serving the birthday cake at the right moment. The helper would also act as a general runner during the party (fetching supplies, ice, running errands) and handle cleanup and breakdown at the end, including packing away decorations, tables, and rubbish. Picnic location will be 20-30 min walking distance away from my apartment and I have a trolley.
