BBQ Event Helper (Approx. 5 Hours) 5pm. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable person to help during my family BBQ. The role is mainly to keep everything tidy while guests enjoy themselves. Tasks include: Collecting used paper plates, cups and napkins throughout the event. Emptying rubbish into bin bags and tying them securely before placing them in the garage. Keeping food and serving areas generally tidy. Checking the downstairs toilet periodically to ensure it is clean, stocked with toilet paper and hand soap, and wiping surfaces if needed. Helping with a final tidy-up at the end of the BBQ so the garden and downstairs are left clean and presentable. No cooking or serving is required—this is purely a light housekeeping and tidying role to help the event run smoothly.

I'm looking for an event helper to help with my son’s 6th birthday party on 17th May, from 2:30 to 5:30. We expect 50 guests, including 30 children (mostly 4-6), and require one helper to assist with food service and clean-up throughout & after the event.

We are looking for help with serving drinks and canapés at our Christmas party for around 30 guests. It’s at our home and we would ask for help with serving drinks, putting out food for guests and also clearing up during the party (clearing glasses, loading dishwasher etc).
