All to be put in boxes ready for can pick up. Decor on the tables to be put in boxes also. Chair covers put in a box and staked into room. There’s a hoover and mop. Afterwards it would be sweeping, hoovering & mopping up.

Need a friendly and reliable event assistant for a children's birthday party at a private house in SW5. Looking for a party helper for a birthday picnic in a London park for around 40 guests. Core responsibilities include setting up tables and the picnic area on arrival, hanging balloons and decorations, serving drinks throughout the event, carrying and laying out food, and slicing and serving the birthday cake at the right moment. Tasks include: Collecting used paper plates, cups and napkins throughout the event. Emptying rubbish into bin bags and tying them securely before placing them in the garage. Keeping food and serving areas generally tidy. Checking the downstairs toilet periodically to ensure it is clean, stocked with toilet paper and hand soap, and wiping surfaces if needed. Helping with a final tidy-up at the end of the BBQ so the garden and downstairs are left clean and presentable. No cooking or serving is required—this is purely a light housekeeping and tidying role to help the event run smoothly.
