I have two shower taps in my flat that get stuck, so you cannot control the hot/cold water very well. I had a handyman see to them three months ago. He cleaned the taps and they worked find few a few weeks but have now gone back to being very stiff. I am not sure if requires a replacement part/s. Please not there is no free parking on weekday between -8:30 and 17:30.

The wiring is on looped circuit so I need the ceiling rose wiring maintained, however the ceiling rose is too big to work with the size of the Philips light fugato light. The light fitting needs to have an earth wire as well. It requires the wiring configuration to remain but have cable connectors instead of ceiling rose

Replace 2 leaking taps with new

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.
