Hi could you fix some taps plane a door box in a toilet and put a frame behind a bath panel

Water pressure is slow when we use two taps in the bathrooms simultaneously. Need a plumber’s help to check the pressure. This could be due to hard water limescale build up.

Sorry this had expired before I got to respond to my offers; Must have experience/ qualification Change taps for bath and sink. Pictures attached of new and current taps. Must be a set fee as the price cannot keep going up to get the job done or more days added on. It also include handing mirror-drill in tiles.

I have one taps that is leaking and need it fixed

Small sealant touch up in the shower and an issue with the toilet flush.

Task is to remove two old bathroom taps and replace with new ones. New taps have already been purchased and ready to be installed.

There is no hot water in all the other taps in the house aside the kitchen tap.

Replace 2 leaking taps with new

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. Do let me know if you’d like to arrange this. Due to our tenants work commitments the work can only be carried out on a Saturday. Many thanks!

I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.
