We require seven different wall lamps to be fitted, a 80" TV to be wall mounted, a large mirror to be wall mounted and a projector screen to be fittted to the ceiling.

I want to change a toilet water tank parts and also two tubs of the sink

1 x wardrobe & 1x drinks cabinet - these need to be mounted to the wall via furniture straps as flat is uneven so they are not secure. One bathroom cabinet needs to be mounted to the wall.

To help fix/diagnose the problem with two pooky rechargeable lamps which do not turn on anymore (may have blown fuse using wrong charger!)

Replace 2 leaking taps with new

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.
