I’ve got two mixer taps with a slow drip that I’d like sorted properly. Both are single-spout mixers but they’re different types. The kitchen tap is a dual-handle mixer with separate hot and cold handles feeding one spout, likely needing worn washers or ceramic valves replaced. The bathroom tap is a single-lever mixer, likely a worn cartridge. Nothing major, but I’ll leave the diagnosis to you. Looking for someone experienced with tap repairs who can bring the usual tools and common replacement parts. Please let me know your availability and quote. **1. Refit roller blind bracket** Roller blind bracket pulled out of the window reveal. Plasterboard anchors have torn out. Need old holes filled and both brackets refixed properly, either into the uPVC frame head or into solid material behind the plaster. One window, under an hour. **2. Reseal two kitchen sink areas** Failed sealant along the worktop to upstand joint at two separate sink areas in the same kitchen, plus around the base of the mixer tap at each. Rake out old sealant, clean and dry, reseal with mould resistant silicone colour matched to light quartz. Also tighten the taps underneath if there is any movement. Both Blanco undermount sinks.

Buy and put some basic mice traps/boxes in kitchen area. Also possible some mice poison. Also inspect dishwasher for slugs entering from outside and remedy,

Need mains power cable replaced - cable is soldered to internal power switch + transformer (2 wires + earth). Need old de-soldered and new cable soldered in. I have new cable. You bring soldering iron + solder + heat shrink. > Must have experience with mains electrical. Job at my home in wood green.

Get rid of any spiders throughly check and fill any gaps or holes in the property

Have 2.44m mdf boards cut into 8 cm strips. Approximaty 30 cuts. How mich would this cost?

I require a few touch ups and repairs: 1) Sand down and fill the basin table in the bathroom - the marble efge broke off, so you just need to sand it down and fill it so that it is nice and smooth. 2) Some touch up paint arounf the hall, kitchen and living room - white gloss. 3) patch up the grout in the shower room and apply new high quality waterproof silicone around the shower base and tap. 4) Fix the freezer door that came loose.
