I’m looking for someone experienced with making and installing signage to help with two signs. Each sign will be approximately 1.2m × 80cm. I already have the MDF boards and the electrical junctions/wiring for the individual letters. The work would involve: * Cutting the MDF boards to the correct size, so you would need to have the appropriate cutting equipment. * Building a timber frame around the back edges of the MDF to create some depth and space behind the board for the wiring and electrical junctions. * Drilling and fitting the individual letters onto the MDF board. * Making sure the wiring and junctions can sit neatly behind the MDF. * Once everything is assembled, painting the sides/edges white. The front of the MDF has already been painted. There are two signs in total. I’m looking for someone who has experience doing this kind of work and has the necessary tools. I can also provide photos showing how our previous sign was constructed as a reference.

We are handing our small (260 square foot)office back and have been asked to run an electrical test and report. Full requirements blow. Test the electricity with reference to the current electrical regulations BS7671:2018 as amended, along NICEIC guidelines and produce an Electrical Installation Condition Report with regard to electrical safety. If any defects are discovered, then these would usually be itemised and coded with regard to electrical safety: Code 1 (C1) would be immediately dangerous and would require urgent attention to resolve, Code 2 (C2) would be potentially dangerous and would require prompt attention to resolve. Both of these categories would need to be cleared before a “satisfactory” report could be issued. Code 3 (C3) would be not to BS7671:2018 but not necessarily dangerous.

2 bed home needs blinds but one of the sets of windows is very high and will need to be electric as seen in the picture.

I currently have a hallway with a single gang switch at each end of the hallway which operate two ceiling light fittings. I want these replaced with two gang fittings so that I can operate each light separately (or have both on together). Also, one of the ceiling lights has broken (it’s an old bayonet fitting) and I’d want that replaced with another flush single bulb screw fitting. It’s a very low ceiling so there’s just space for a bulb, basically. I can buy any fixtures needed and I’ll purchase the two gang light switches if you confirm that it’s possible.

I have a bathroom towel rail that is connected to gas central heating. I was to change this so it is still connected to gsh but it is also can be turned on via electric. I’m not an expert in this area but it seems possible with a “T piece connector”. I’m ideally looking for someone that can advise on what I need to buy and then come and fit everything.

Basically what the description says. Floor to ceiling is 237cm. I have a ladder I need handy man as well that’ll be useful as I need my television, mirror (180x80cm) and picture frame put up. I have the bracket and screws for the television. The mirror will arrive by the 2nd February so we’ll be able to arrange a date once its arrived. The picture frame is very light and will go on a plastered extension wall so I’m not sure how you’d put that up.
