The flat is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat which has already been professionally cleaned recently but we just wanted a refresh for the finer details (dust etc) - as you would in a normal professional clean. At a stretch, the job should take between 2-3 hours maximum (for £15ph ideally) given its clean state and the fact it will not take much more work. I can provide you videos via Whatsapp to show you - it looks like no one has lived there currently.
