I have a Bosch washing machine showing an E18 error. I have tried to pull the filter cap out but can’t.

I recently moved and washing machine hasn’t been maintained in a while. I cleaned the drum with products that do it internally, but I can’t do the drawer. I don’t want to wash and use it until it’s properly cleaned.

Make: Samsung Model::WW80M645OPW/EU Worn drum bearing. Bearing will need replacing. Makes noise when you spin drum. I can provide a video of the noise if required. Please provide me with quote for parts and labour. Thanks

Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Current connector to washing machine has a slow leak (as evidenced by the limescale on pipe on the picture). The valve needs replacement, the pipe needs clearing of limescale, and the dishwasher needs reconnecting.
