Watching machine was not draning water and opened

My Bosch Serie 2 dishwasher keeps coming up with e24 & e25 error codes with the check water light on. I keep taking filter out and checking the pump impeller and everything is clear of debris and no gunk. The sump fills with water and it doesn’t seem to drain out of the hose. There are no kinks in the pipe. I don’t know what else to check.

Dishwasher is not draining

when the fridge does not cool properly, they lower the temperature on the thermostat. While this makes the fridge work fine, the freezer then starts accumulating ice, as shown in the photos.

I've got a fixed washing line from my house to the back fence and it's not enough drying room. I bought a new retractable line ages ago but haven't put it up. I don't have a drill. It needs to be done tidily as I rent. Old line needs removing and the new one put up. See photo of how the old line is attached to the back of my house. I work from home so very flexible on days/times but as soon as possible would be great! I've guessed the budget based on how long I think the job will take.
