Hi, I’m looking for a repair/diagnostic quote for a NordicTrack S20i folding treadmill based in Herne Bay, Kent. The treadmill was working fine until it was plugged into a heavily loaded multi-adaptor. Since then, it intermittently powers on but won’t stay powered. Symptoms: - Console completely dead most of the time - Occasionally powers on briefly for 10-20 seconds - Power light flickers/fades out - Originally suspected rocker switch, which has now been replaced - IEC inlet socket replacement is also being tried - Main control board shows no obvious burn damage visually At this stage I suspect either: - power inlet issue - controller board/power supply issue - or a failing connection in the power stage I’ve already opened the unit and carried out basic troubleshooting, so I’m mainly looking for: - diagnosis - repair quote - or board replacement/refurbishment if required Could you let me know: - whether you cover Herne Bay/Kent - approximate callout/diagnostic pricing - and rough expected repair costs if it is the control board? We have an existing supply which runs from a cellar up and around a front door through and along a wall. This will want channelling into the floor and drilling through a wall beneath the joists (access is not an issue)into adjustment room to be reconnected to the existing supply. The supply is in a cellar and is on own isolation valve. Access is easy here to make replacement connection
