Mower repair, its going very slowly.

I need to replace the touch tap sink in my bathroom with a manual one. The job is quite straight forward as we will just need to remove the existing one and replace it with a new one and connect the hoses. The adaptors for the existing one can just be unplugges.. I can order the replacement sink from B&Q which is close to my flat and then you can pick it up and fix it straight away in my flat. So basically, only labour is required. Ofcourse the service guy should have all the necessary tools to do the needful.

Need to remove a tumble dryer from atop a washing machine in a tight space. The washing machine below is broken and will need a repair/replacement. Need 1-2 people to remove tumble dryer from the space temporarily.

I had a washing machine delivered but the could not install it as it's cable is hardwired into the socket. They could therefore not complete the installation and removal of the old machine. Please help

This is a gas hob that needs removed and the gas safetly disconnected whilst the new worktop is installed it will require a follow up visit to reconnect

The burr grinder is not grinding beans

It is a kenwood dishwasher and is giving an F5 error code. It seems as if it’s not getting enough water- maybe a blockage somewhere. We have looked at the drainage pipe and the water feeder pipe and both are clear.

washing machine making loud noises needs fixing

I've got a fixed washing line from my house to the back fence and it's not enough drying room. I bought a new retractable line ages ago but haven't put it up. I don't have a drill. It needs to be done tidily as I rent. Old line needs removing and the new one put up. See photo of how the old line is attached to the back of my house. I work from home so very flexible on days/times but as soon as possible would be great! I've guessed the budget based on how long I think the job will take.
