The surface of the concrete entry needs to be fixed to make it more well-presented. Either rendering ( similar to the attached phot), or any alternative more cost-effective solution. The area is about 15 sqm.

Have had new range hood installed so required a new hole to be cut in ceiling and now needing it patched up. There’s also two smaller holes above the tiles where we had some switches moved from that also require patching.

The surface is a 15 cm high raised concrete slab – tiling is required on both the top surface and all exposed sides, fully encasing the slab. The concrete is in good condition and has been prepped for tiling. Tiles will be supplied – just need a professional to complete the installation. Looking for an experienced tiler with attention to detail and skill in patterned layouts. Please bring your own tools, adhesive, and grout (unless otherwise discussed). Let me know your availability and estimated time to complete the job.

Help putting curtain rods, pictures on the wall and TV on wall

I would like 2 power points and an aerial connection. One will be for a foxtel connection. This will be in a bedroom. The house is brick veneer and i have an updated aerial. The TV is already hung up on the wall.

Relocate built in wardrobe and make modifications to it

Concrete apron around 9 metres in length above footing adjoining brick is damaged when prep was done for new paving. Need the concrete topping chiseled off or grinded (the blue in pic)carefully as bricks were just installed and repaired with new light colour concrete or render to create smooth topping finish
