Patch and repair cracked and loose render, specifically beading which has warped and come loose. Painting not required

The render has bubbles (moistures) mainly on 2 pillars in front of the house and 6-7 small spots around the house ,all close to the ground . This is a SMALL repair job removing the damaged render apply the Dampco Clear , re-render and paint the affected spots.

Needs rendering wall patch to match with existing wall. Bricks has told it will need to smooth out with polyfillia. Aprox 600mm/500mm Looking for quote. Thanks

External (2 walls) render, gas heater and piping on wall

The surface of the concrete entry needs to be fixed to make it more well-presented. Either rendering ( similar to the attached phot), or any alternative more cost-effective solution. The area is about 15 sqm.

Concrete apron around 9 metres in length above footing adjoining brick is damaged when prep was done for new paving. Need the concrete topping chiseled off or grinded (the blue in pic)carefully as bricks were just installed and repaired with new light colour concrete or render to create smooth topping finish
