I have some small damage to walls (probably about a dozen small 20cm sized holes around the house from mishaps), repairs that have been made to the gyprock but not finished off, some leaking that has been repaired but the gyprock needs to be fixed and a large 1 metre square panel next to an access panel that was poorly repaired. I am also currently getting some electrical work done that may need some repairing of gyprock after installation. This job will not need to be done until after the 16th July.

Repair and replace an approx 40cm x 20cm hole in garage dry wall, plaster over, then paint.

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

I just need a small area texture coast and a couple of quoin bands done. I have the materials on site.

Repair two cracks of about 10 cm on the gypro surface. We hope for a good appearance while controlling the cost.

Patch a small dent in plaster wall

Need to fix the single carport ceiling which is approximately 3metre wide x 6 metres long. The house is 28years old as the carport is exposed to outside weather like wind and cold gyprock ceiling have cracks at joining areas and have bubbles formed. So someone with experience with gyprock and painting may need to have a look at the pictures and suggest and quote to fix this ceiling before it gets worse.

Plasterer required to remove lounge room Cornices and install new cornices. roughly 4m on each wall Cornices to be installed will be supplied.

Three bits of plastering needed - have done some DIY in places and got sick of it. 😅 1 - bathroom upper walls, 2 - half of wall approx 165 x 165cm, 3 - partial spot in kitchen approx 110 x 75cm.

Preparing home for rent. Require filling and spot/blend painting 9-10 screw holes in a plaster wall. Paint and selleys no more gaps (dulux natural white) already purchased. Happy to use/pay for other materials if better suited to the job. One hole as pictured has a plastic screw housing which is stuck as the thread has been stripped.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Wall repair required after removing 3M command strips incorrectly. There are two holes where the paint has stripped off. One of the holes is exposing the brown plasterboard (approx 10cm diameter). The smaller hole is approx 5cm. Requires filling, sanding, and repainting (which I have the paint for).

Seeking a professional plasterer who can undertake the following: 1. Supply,paint and install skirting piece to match current (as seen in photo). 2. Plaster the wall to patch holes from cavity left by wall mounted heater. 3. Paint both skirting and wall to match. Includes supplying small quantity of paint. 4. Optional if skilled. Patch the carpet in front, happy to take from a wardrobe. 5. Touch up other downlighting with the same paint where LEDs have been installed (as pictured). 5 total.
