Preparing home for rent. Require filling and spot/blend painting 9-10 screw holes in a plaster wall. Paint and selleys no more gaps (dulux natural white) already purchased. Happy to use/pay for other materials if better suited to the job. One hole as pictured has a plastic screw housing which is stuck as the thread has been stripped.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Require replaster of wall where tiles were installed.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

I am looking for skirting installation on two small walls , patch on gyprock (small area) one wall just above skirting & gap between skirting/wall corner to be filled on 2 sides of the wall, I think gap is due to small size of skirting or alternatively we can change the shirting to fit the size. Gyprocking the internal walls of my granny flat which is currently brick. Looking at 2 seperate quotes, a blob and stick method, and a batten method where the walls look flush. For reference, the walls are 2.4 high and the width between the columns are 1.5 wide. The columns comes out 110mm

Repairs for hole in the wall

X2 old air conditioners need removing from walls of a single story double brick house. I need the cavities bricked up and plastered over on the inside walls ready for painting.

Need to fix the small hole, Need to patch and white colour with Gyprock.

We previously used liquid nail to attach timber slats to painted plasterboard but had to remove slats due to alternative use of the room. Plasterboard wall is in need of repair due to damage.
