I'm wishing to have my verandah repainted

Fly screen is torn away from frame - need replacement before rainy weekend.

1))Ceiling on back verandah had mould..needs scrub with long mop. Also some timber around verandah roof and fan needs clean. 2) hang up solar powered lights once verandah is clean

Bargeboard has fallen of terrace verandah. Needs to be reattached. May need woodhardener and or primer. And remaining bargeboards to be checked.

I need someone to gurney my veranda They will need to supply everything I have a hose and a tap

Half the paving is alright but the other half bricks have dropped ,very loose and very uneven in places

I just moved into a new house and some of the tiles have fallen off my front verandah (suspended slab) so I need someone to glue them back on and grout in between them. The person doing the job needs to source the glue and the grout but I have the tiles to be reinstalled.

The post support for the verandah in our pool area has rusted and needs replacing. I have attached two photos I also have another job - install two interior holland blinds above two windows fixed onto an internal brick wall. Hi My verandah floor measures 5x5.2 metres and has steps with clay tiles on it. I am looking to change the flooring by levelling and applying epoxy with floor colour matching dark timber. There are several big cracks in the curved steps that continues onto the front verandah. I would like these repaired to paint later.

Scope of Works • Remove and Dispose of 5 x existing verandah timber baluster sets (from south-west side of house, adjacent to pool). • Prop verandah fascia line and remove 1 x 90x90mm Timber Post (2nd from end). • Supply and Install 1 x 90x90mm Posts with galvanised fixings, and coated with Aquadeck Natural Oil. • Supply and Install 5 x 2.4m x 1200mm(h) Powder Coated Aluminium Flat Top Panels (pictured) in Basalt.

Replacing old timber railing with galvanised. Tilling over original concrete. Approx 1500 wide by 7mtr long. No stairs to be tiled. Tiling over flat concrete

We have patched areas where screws have penetrated the verandah ceiling - i require someone to attend site, sand and paint the area - the customer has a small tin of paint onsite - there are about 20

1) replace decking on front verandah 4.5 x 1.3. Materials will be supplied. 2) Replace box covering 2 gas meters 3)Investigate springy floor 4) Remove and hang new standard door. Door will be supplied. Refit locking mechanism. 5. Replace fly wire mesh to security door

Tile an area 3x3m on top of existing tiles. Probably need to cut front tiles and remove step tiles and cement before tiling. Also a step along the garage. You need to be able to do a French pattern. Tiles are arriving 27/11/25.

Infill fibro and trimming to match rest of verandah. Can quote seperate on painting whole verandah
