Need to replace existing roofing sheets on pergola

Need to install gyprock for my pergola which is already roofed. Looking for a reasonable quote. Size of pergola is roughly 4700L*2500W

Our existing timber pergola is 5.5m long x 7.5m wide. It has an existing electric automated canopy we need disconnected and removed offsite. We need a new colourbond roof supplied and installed in Woodland Grey. The pergola is currently perfectly flat so you will need to make an allowance to create some angle for drainage. The pergola roofing needs to be waterproof with no leaks. You must be an experienced licensed insured builder with experience with colourbond.

• Some screws are loose or have fallen off and need to be fixed. Check all other screws for looseness and fix them as needed. • Some rotten timber parts need to be cut out and replaced with new timber. Inspect all other timber parts for rot or weakness, and replace any that show signs of deterioration. • Part of the roof shade is leaking. Check if it can be repaired or if it needs replacement. • The entire pergola may need to be sanded down to bare timber, then water-proofed, and painted with at least two coats.

Need quote for outdoor tiling for a pergola (3x6 area). Havent bought the tiles yet so need guidance on how much is needed as well. Quote needed for labour (excluding tiles) so we know if it fits our budget.

We are looking for an experienced carpenter to remove existing deck and replace it with a larger one. Existing deck is 3m x 3m flat roof. Timbers nailed in. New deck measures 5m x 5m. Roof will be raked with v-groove panelling (underside), Colourbond sheeting (topside). Require gutters to be installed and connected to existing downpipes. Existing decking to be replaced with Ecodeck leatherwood colour. New stairs to be installed.

I need to install 6 downlights in my newly built pergola. Wiring is in place, need to connect wires (hardwired) to the downlight and connect to the wire to the light close to the pergola. Need licensed electrician to connect the lights and the wire to the existing light.

Measurements required: (the two pillars facing the large set of stairs ) 1- From inside edge to inner edge from pillars facing the stairs ( the distance between the pillars 2- The distance between the centre point of the pillars ( find the halfway or middle point from one pillar and measure to the halfway point of the other pillar. 3- Meaure from the outer most edge of the pillar to the outer most edge of the other pillar. 4- Measure the height from ground to the lowest point of the beige wooden timber facade at the top of the pergola between the pillars 5- measure the height from the ground to above the beige wooden facade between the pillars ( to the green wooden timber point) Please write down and take photos of the measurements, also double check these measurements are correct.
