I’ve just finished having a pool built. There is construction waste left over that I need removed from front/ back yard including: - wooden pallets - cut limestone tiles - sand - general building waste. I’m looking for a carpenter to modify/enlarge the pergola in my courtyard in Bondi NSW. I want to replace the corrugated plastic sheeting and expand the privacy screen to block the building next door. Build pergola with colourbond roof including guttering. There are cables available to include lights/fan. I’d like a quote from people who have done this previously and some photos of prior work. Require a pergola to be built. The frame to either be gal steel or timber. It’s to run from the roof of the trailer to connect to the other shed, and to cover the side of the trailer and the steps. Roof to be made of colourbond with 2 polycarbonate sheets. The area is approximately 5m x 3m. A gutter with down pipe to be added on one side.
