Draftsperson required for 3D CAD drawings for minor renovation. Project includes enclosure of balcony, new deck and internal staircase. Experience in minor alterations and additions to residential properties. Preferably knowledge of Northern Beaches Council. We have hand drawn plans by architect and now require these to be converted into CAD drawings. We will also need you to provide sections and elevations to the standard required for a Complying Development Certificate or Development Application. We have had a land survey done. Looking to get drafts made up for an extension for an extra bedroom with ensuite (walk in wardrobe), laundry and living area. Possibly a 2nd bedroom. Current dwelling is a 3 bedroom 1 bath on piers. We have an approved DA, but have submitted a 4.55 amendment to demolish and reconstruct an existing masonry staircase, adding bin storage underneath and adding a balustrade. The rebuilt staircase will be in exactly the same position and size as the old one.
