This job requires a Draftsman to draw plans and submit to council for permit. 2m High Brick Wall to be built in front yard. Approx 13 metres of wall. 1-2 bricks in thickness. There will be opening in wall for pedestrian gate and driveway gate. A few pillars as well. Please see scope of plan on photos. Green references what needs to be built. Will need to come inspect site and quote as too hard to quote on here with finer details.

We are seeking a licensed building designer/architect or draftsperson to help formalise our draft fit out plans. The job will involve visiting the site, taking measurements (our current plans are based on estimated measurements). Fit out will involve: - Construction of internal partition walls - to create 2 offices and one storage room, plus a few other partitions (see attachments) - 2 baths (1 powder room, 1 normal sized bathroom) - installing various windows, new doors. - installing concrete ramp with balustrade to new entry - potentially installing fire partition wall (Certifier has been engaged and will advise shortly) We are looking for someone quick and affordable. This is a very basic fit out. Survey, further images, specs etc to be supplied after task is accepted.

Draftsman to draw plans for butterfly stairs off existing back deck. House is in Red Hill, Brisbane Carpenter engaged who would like plans drawn with the following Suggestion: Stair landing on it's own footing with lower stair flight sit on the deck with double joists underneath. Looking to get drafts made up for an extension for an extra bedroom with ensuite (walk in wardrobe), laundry and living area. Possibly a 2nd bedroom. Current dwelling is a 3 bedroom 1 bath on piers. I’ve built a deck and pegola out the back of my joint over an easement without a permit. The Architect or draftsman will then need to document what has been built ie; stumps, footings, heights, material finishes, offsets from boundaries etc to be documented on an architectural package. This will need to be shown in relation to the depth and location of the easement asset.
