Install small awning on timber beam, 3Mx2M

I am looking for a licensed electrician experienced in dealing with installing the split systems. We have a split system installed on the internal brick wall (see photos) , with plumbing and connection with external unit outside. The system is working perfectly as is and we have no complaints. We wish to cover the brick wall with and insulation plasterboard. The work involves - - Removing the split system head unit. - Reinstalling it once the wall is plastered. - Testing it for correct operation and electrical safety. Also require installation of 3 power points, 1 on internal wall and 2 on external walls. A certificate of electrical safety is required.

We have 2 towel rails which need to be fixed to bathroom walls. Walls are plasterboard. Obviously need to ensure stud walls behind the plasterboard are located.

The corner post of our balcony balustrade is sinking into the concrete and there is a crack in the concrete both need repair by tomorrow

Get done rendering in a small exterior wall

Need to get front of the house painted/ rendered . Approx area 40 m2.

I require the a small render job. I need 2 posts rendered at the bottom to match the render on the post (if possible). I am happy to paint the post my self afterwards.

A small section of exterior render above the garage has been accidentally damaged (~10 x 10 cm). Looking for a professional to restore the render and match the existing texture and colour. Easy access.

Have a new light switch and power switch just need new ones fitted changing colour

I have a plastic awning, 2 meters x 1 meter that I want put above my laundry door. One end will go into wood, the other end into brickwork. I can supply the bolts if needed, or you supply and I’ll pay for them. The awning has been put together already, just needs to be put up. I can help hold it up/assist with installation if needed just can’t do it by myself.

Need 1 outdoor power point installing and also another in the eaves outside for a plug in ceiling speaker. Existing power is 1-2 metres away in both locations

I would like a power point where there currently is none so I can connect my printer. I think there is power because there is a light switch in the vicinity. Only thing I am concerned about is that the power is also close to the security alarm keypad, and I don’t want that to be restarted/impacted. House is single story. Colourbond roof. There is roof access through a small manhole.
