My budget is for hourly rate… Job consists of 2x Bathrooms (Tape in joins and topcoat ceiling only), seperate toilet (Topcoat everything), living room and bedroom (Topcoat everything), Laundry (Topcoat some, tape in some) and Enterance (All topcoated). I need someone quick, reliable and does great quality. I’m a builder with heaps of work so work ongoing for someone with these qualities.

I’m looking for someone to repair a damaged plasterboard/gyprock wall in my unit (TODAY) There is a long crack and broken section in the wall (see photo), roughly around 30–40 cm long. The job would likely involve patching the damaged area, reinforcing if needed, applying filler, sanding, and making it ready for paint. Looking for someone to repair plasterboard walls after wall panels have been removed. The panels were glued on and have pulled sections of the plasterboard paper off, so the walls need patching, filling and sanding to make them smooth and ready for painting. Task includes: • Scraping any remaining adhesive if needed • Repairing damaged plasterboard/paper • Filling and sanding the wall so it’s smooth and paint-ready • Clean up afterwards Back wall panel will also be removed and will need repairing (see photos).
