My kids recently loosened the curtains down. It was a DIY job that held for a year, I would like it professionally done. We have dry wall and have all the parts ready to go (support, rod, curtains installed and cut to length). I just need help with securing the screws on the wall.

We have a few issues with the exit report to our ex rental. The house is perfect but just needs touch ups. Needing a handyman with knowledge!! Mainly in the garage with small drywall repairs and patching. If you’re free this weekend off from your usual job and want extra cash - this is for you! We also have a dent in the garage door and if you know how to fix it we would be so appreciative!! Or any advice along the lines of what could be done or if nothing can be done (eg; needs replacing because of materials) A fan blade is bent - not sure it can be rectified without the purchase of a new fan (we think from cleaners when exit clean was performed but can’t prove) A drain cover needs replacing we just need to have it bought from Reece and installed. Reposting this ad as there are a few more tasks and details than initially anticipated. Need a handyman for drywall repair in a few places, one of which includes bracket installation and attaching a bookcase to a well. Prefer an all inclusive quote or hourly. First pic - The drywall was damaged due to a baby gate. Need someone to patch up, paint and attach a metal bracket to stop this from happening again. Note that the hole needs to be patched, painted and dried before bracket can be installed. This may require couple of visits between painting and bracket installation.I can supply the paint and metal bracket etc. 2nd pic - fixing a 1-2 inch scratch in the drywall in another room - this probably only needs paint. Again I can supply the paint. 3rd and 4th pics - fixing the drywall in another section of the house which has been drilled by mistake by a trade. Attaching a bookcase to the wall - note that you need to be physically strong as the top half of the bookcase needs to be lifted a couple of feet to place it on the bottom section. Looking for an experienced TV installer to wall mount my 55” LG OLED TV in my apartment. TV model: LG OLED55B5PSA Important details: TV is to be mounted in a wall nook that is approx. 158cm wide I would like the TV centred in the nook Preferred height is around 95–100cm from floor to bottom of TV I’d prefer a slim tilting mount I do not need cables concealed in the wall Important note: The wall sounds hollow when knocked on, so I think it may be plasterboard/drywall rather than concrete. I have permission from my real estate agent to mount the TV, but I want it done properly and safely. I have not bought the mount yet because I want advice on the correct bracket/fixings for this wall type. 3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.
