We need someone to come finish plastering our deck, my husband did a decent job but has run out of time. We need it to to be done to a point so we can get a painter in to paint. Negotiate the price with me, I got a quote from a company and wasn’t able to go with it as it was a long wait for them to be free. They said its rough 5 hours work, we have a bucket of plaster ready and can provide ladder etc.

We have two large wooden sliding doors from the living room to the verandah, they have been extremely heavy to slide - I have tried to fix but the bolt has come out of the overhead trolley and I cannot fix this. I would assume the doors need to be lifted and would like the wheels on the trolley inspected to see if these need replacement.

Need an experienced plasterer to complete a mix of small-to-medium plastering repairs around the house, including patching holes, fixing wall/ceiling damage, repairing cracks, touching up damaged cornice, and smoothing areas so they are ready for sanding and painting. Some sections may involve replacing small damaged plaster areas where needed. I’m looking for someone who can supply tools and materials, do a neat professional finish that blends in as well as possible with the existing surface, and clean up after the job. The awning window highlighted in yellow is what needs to be replaced to a fixed window. This is to stop the glass door getting smashed if the awning window is open and someone opens the door into it.

I have a plastic awning, 2 meters x 1 meter that I want put above my laundry door. One end will go into wood, the other end into brickwork. I can supply the bolts if needed, or you supply and I’ll pay for them. The awning has been put together already, just needs to be put up. I can help hold it up/assist with installation if needed just can’t do it by myself.
