Professional plasterer required to complete ceiling patch repairs and plaster the box as shown in the last photo, including angle/edge trim as required. Plaster sheets are already on site. Plasterer to complete base coat and final/top coat only. No sanding required, as the painter will complete the sanding.

I need an experienced plasterer to replace the ceiling plasterboard in a standard 2-car garage. A section of the existing ceiling has already fallen down. The property previously had water ingress, but this has now been fully rectified. There are also a couple of small areas of mould staining on the existing ceiling. The property is being prepared for sale, so I’m looking for a neat, professional finish. Work required: • Remove existing damaged/affected plasterboard • Supply and install new ceiling plasterboard • Stop/set and sand joins ready for painting • Remove and dispose of all old plasterboard and waste • Work around the existing garage door motor/mechanism on the ceiling • Assess existing cornices – they appear fine and I would prefer to retain them if possible • Leave garage clean and tidy PLEASE PROVIDE TWO SEPARATE QUOTES: 1. PLASTER ONLY: Removal, supply and installation of plasterboard, finishing/stopping and disposal of waste. 2.
