Hello, I live on a corner block with a privacy fence which contains 15 ballustrades fitted tightly between brick pillars. Each ballestrade has 4 dynobolts. Some of the bolts will come out easily, some have rusted over time, and I am unable to remove the nuts. I need a handyman to cut the rusted dynobolts from the wall to remove the ballustrades and 2 gates, so I can have them powder coated. I am scheduled to have the powder coating commence next Saturday and will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks. When the ballustrades return, I will then need to have them re-installed with new drilled dynabolts in the brick pillars. Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you.

I want to change the posts and balusters around the staircase from the turned wood style into just straight style (square profile). The handrail is fine, as are the base panels, it is just the uprights that I want to change. Painting not required, I can take care of that. We are having the carpet replaced so you don't need to be too precious with that. I have no idea how much effort this would involve, could be a bit fiddly, so I just put $500 to fill in the form, just make an offer. Would prefer a carpenter as I'm after a good finish.
